From Hwy 5 or Hwy 163, you can enter the Horton Plaza parking garage from 4th Avenue (4th Avenue runs one way south) or from G Street (G Street runs one way east). Park on the top level. Panda Inn validates parking for 4 hours. Parking passes available for $5.00 for over time parking.
